Our story

During our engagement process, I was looking for a mobile bar service that fit our unique style to use for our own wedding. After not having any luck finding a mobile bar in the Texoma area, we started researching the process to bring a new business to the area. After a couple months of research we drove to Salem, Missouri and purchased our vintage camper and within 8 months completed a total renovation, making our camper a full service bar. With my husband Taber’s day job being a Project Engineer, his construction management background helped make our dream a reality. The details in our mobile bar truly make it such a unique and beautiful addition to any event.

My inspiration to build this business comes from a mix between my prior experience with beer & liquor sales, as well as my absolute love for event coordination. Before relocating back home to Southeastern Oklahoma, I spent time learning hands on how to plan alcohol focused events everywhere from Oklahoma City to Boulder to Aspen to Dallas, Texas. With my unique background, I am positive that our services will provide you with the ease of planning & your guests with a memorable experience.

My eye for detail and creative flair is reflected in the unique cocktails and mocktails served at The Happy Camper. I am always experimenting with new recipes and ingredients to surprise and delight customers.

Taber is in charge of ensuring smooth operations of the mobile bar. His business acumen and logistical skills keep everything running like clockwork, from scheduling events to maintaining the bar on the go.

Together, we make a dynamic team, bringing our individual strengths to create a one-of-a-kind mobile bar experience for every event they attend. Our passion for hospitality and dedication to excellence shine through in every aspect of The Happy Camper Mobile Bar.

When we aren’t slinging drinks behind the bar, you can find us soaking in all of the precious moments with our two beautiful daughters. As a family we enjoy spending time outdoors and tending to our garden where we source several of the garnishes that will be provided at your event! We value the quality of ingredients and strive to use environmentally friendly drink ware options to ensure we are minimizing our carbon footprint.
